Order Processing
Order processing time for all clothing is usually 1-7 business days.
PLEASE NOTE: Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

All items are shipped via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail, which takes, 3 - 5 business days anywhere within the USA. Once your item(s) is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the email that was provided with your order.
Should an item get lost in the mail due to an error by the Postal Service, it is not Jay DeMari responsibility to replace it.

There will be no exchanges. Refunds will be processed for the actual cost of the item once product has been received and checked. For returned items, you are responsible for cost of shipping. Product must be returned in its original packaging along with a copy of the order invoice. No refund will be provided for any Jay DeMari products that are returned without invoice, ruined, damaged, deteriorated, soiled, washed, or worn.

For full refund all returned items must be received within 14 days of delivery.

Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been checked and processed.
